THE HOUSE

This is a charming 1930's cape with wide pine floors, built in a clearing in the woods with views and access to secluded Pretty Marsh Harbor. The first floor consists of a modernized eat in kitchen, large living room with a center fireplace, a bedroom with a king bed, one with a single, a full bath, and covered patio. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double and one with a double and a single and another full bath. TV, DVD, INTERNET ACCESS (new!), MW, DW, W/D, FIREPLACE, HEAT, PATIO, CHARCOAL GRILL, SHARED ROWBOAT, CANOE & 2 KAYAKS. Check-in after 4pm, Check-out 9am.

THE CABIN

The "Cabin" is located near the water and has both a covered porch and an open deck. The great room has a cathedral ceiling and fireplace, central section includes a large dining room opening onto a small kitchen. First floor wing contains two bedrooms each with two twins, a small room with a set of bunks and a full bath. Up a few steps on the living room end is a large bedroom with a king bed and a bath with shower. This cottage is truly designed for relaxed summer living. Additional sleeping space in the loft and separate little cabin close by with a double bed & electricity, but no plumbing. MW, DW, W/D, FIREPLACE, PORCH, DECK, CHARCOAL GRILL, DOCK, FLOAT, SHARED ROWBOAT, CANOE & 2 KAYAKS. Check-in after 4pm, Check-out by 9am.
